Building a Life in Somalia. For Somalia.

I believe in Somalia. It's part of my children's heritage, it's where we call home and is a gem in the crown of Muslim history. So I resent how poorly it has been represented in film and media and how some people will malign it as a 'filed state' and speak without any hope or compassion for Somalia or it's people.

I create content to inform and inspire those who want to visit Somalia and contribute to it's future. And on a personal level, I just love it here. I love the lifestyle, the weather, the people, the language, the culture and my platforms are a place for me to nerd out about it all.

The goal is not to present Somalia as a utopia and ignore it's challenges. Nor is it to present all of it's hardships at the expense of it's reputation. Rather to inspire constructive contribution for a brighter and more prosperous Somalia.
